Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

UK Delivery

Standard UK delivery is charged at £5.00 per order. Delivery times within the UK are usualy 3 to 5 working days if we have your required size, colour and style in stock. Otherwise delivery time can take up to 30 days if the corset has to be made to your requirements. All of our corsets are made using traditional methods and not mass produced factory products.

Next Day Special delivery is charged at £10.00 per order and is operated by the post office and requires a signature, as well as proof of identification.

Should you require you order the next day, please phone us and confirm availability.

Saturday delivery is also available, please phone us and confirm availability.

European Delivery

Standard delivery to the rest of the Europe is £5.00 Delivery to Europe takes around 7-10 days if we have your required size, colour and style in stock. Otherwise delivery time can take up to 30 days if the corset has to be made to your requirements. All of our corsets are made using traditional methods and not mass produced factory products.

European international registered delivery is charged at £10.00 per order and is operated by the post office and requires a signature, as well as proof of identification.

Delivery To Australia & The Rest Of The World

Standard delivery is £5.00. Delivery usually takes around 10-30 days if we have your required size, colour and style in stock. Otherwise despatch can be up to 30 days after order, if the corset has to be made to your requirements. All of our corsets are made using traditional methods and not mass produced factory products.

International courier delivery is charged at £10.00 per order and is operated by a courier firm and requires a signature, as well as proof of identification. This takes between 7-10 days from despatch.

These are indicated delivery times and actual times may vary.

Delivery Schedule

Orders placed before 1pm on a normal working day are shipped the same day. On the rare occassion that an item ordered is out of stock, we will contact you and offer a replacement.

Back Orders

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

5) The price match cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, voucher or discount.

6) The item must be publicly available on a website capable of taking payment and supplying the product.

7) Wholesale products are excluded from this Price Match.

8) Only one Price Match request is permitted per item.

9) We reserve the right to withdraw or change the Price Match at any time without notice.

True Corset do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on the shopping site to keep track of the cotents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that progress. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies. Data collected by this site is used to:

a. Take and fulfill customer orders

Returns Policy The No Nonsense Return Policy

We offer a no nonsense refund or exchange policy for all of our goods returned in a as new perfect condition, please do not remove the tags.

Exchanges

In our physical store you can see the corset and try it on, so we thought we'd give you the chance to do that when you buy from our online too.

Return any item within 30 days of purchase and we will happily exchange it for another size, colour, or even style that you'd like. You are welcome to try the item on, but it must be returned in the exact condition that it was sent to you.

Refunds

True corset operate a 30 day money back guarantee.

Just return the item within 30 days from the purchase date, in the exact same condition that we sent it to you, with the tags attached. You will then be entitled to a full refund of the item cost. Please note shipping charges are non-refundable.

No items should be returned before contacting us.

Returns Criteria

Corsets should be tried on over a t-shirt and not laced tight when trying for size as corsets quickly form the shape of your body when tightlaced. We will exchange corsets for an alternative size, but only when the corset is in a unworn brand new condition in original packaging with all the original labels intact, a corset that has been tight laced rather than gently tried for size will not be exchanged.

You have a 'duty of care' over the garments until they are returned to us, you will also have to pay the costs of returning the goods to us and to take reasonable care to see they are received by us without delay.

Where the item is returned to us in a used condition we will not issue a refund. Any items that have been worn, washed, marked, affected by odours including cigarette smoke, had any tags removed or are not in the original packaging are non-returnable.

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that an item is recieved by you which is defective or faulty, we will provide a full refund or an exchange, whichever you prefer.

Returns From

Every order sent out is accompanied by a packing list with instructions on how to raise an RMA to return an item. The RMA documentation must be returned with the item. Please complete the RMA process and include the paperwork in the package, as incomplete RMA's or missing paperwork will leed to long delays in processing.

Time Limitations

Goods can be returned within 30 days from despatch for a refund or exchange.

In order to return an item you are required to obtain an RMA number.

Please remember to write the RMA Number on the package. If there is no Returns Merchandise Authorisation number ("RMA") on the outside of the package then there is a good chance that this will lead to delays of upto 30 days in processing your return. To avoid this delay, we recommend that if you wish to return goods you first obtain a RMA number.

As soon as we receive your returned goods we will process your request. Replacement goods held in stock will be dispatched within seven working days. If your chosen substitute is not in stock we will contact you to offer an alternative.

Non-European Union customers should also ensure that their return parcel is clearly marked RETURN as otherwise Customs duty and local tax becomes payable. If this occurs we reserve the right to refuse item or charge the Customs and Tax bill to you.

Please note shipping and postage costs are non refundable.

* If you have purchased items on a 3 for 2 offer, the cheapest item cannot be returned for a refund

* If you return two items from this offer, you will be refunded for the most expensive of the two items returned

* If you return only one item (any of the 3 purchased) you will not be given a refund for it.

* Full refunds will be given if all three items are returned

You are welcome to return any corsets purchased on a 3 for 2 offer for an exchange.
